My stay at the Charleston building was a mixed experience. While the rooms were smelly and I had to endure the live-in maintenance guy's late-night calls and early morning alarms, the hotel staff were incredibly accommodating. Staying in the Charleston building beside the live-in maintenance guy who received calls throughout the night from the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were very nice but being situated on the second floor with no elevator was a bit inconvenient.
